The hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation project, including the refurbishment of guest rooms and public areas from 01/12/2011 until at least 01/11/2013. Renovation works of the rooms are set to start as of 16/12/2011. The works will be carried out in two phases, dividing the property into two vertical portions, so no work will be done in rooms on occupied floors in order to minimize disturbance. The working hours will be agreed upon by the Hotel's Management taking into account the clients needs. Additionally hotel's restaurant will be closed for both lunch and dinner starting from 01/03/2012
As of Jan 2011 Rome is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure, excluding hostel and charged up to 10 nights. € 3.00 per person/per night for 5* and 4* hotels and € 2.00 per person/per night for 3*, 2* and 1* hotels.
