The complex has 71 units in all comprising of spacious studios for up to 3 persons, 1 bed apartments for up to 4 persons and 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms. The large lobby area houses reception open 24 hrs, the main cocktail bar which also serves snacks, a large screen TV, a pool table and the mini-market, open till late. Outdoors there is a large sweet-water swimming pool with free sun loungers and parasols, a garden pergola sitting area and a playground for children.
