From 10 Apr to 30 Sep 2012: Refurbishment of 21 rooms on 1st to 3rd floor and one elevator out of service for renovation. During this period it is possible that our clients will have to use the stairs to access their rooms.
From 01 Oct to 15 Nov 2012: The elevator will be back in service. Room refurbishments will continue with whole floors closing at the time. There should therefore be little noise disturbance for guests during this period. No Twin rooms available for these dates.
From 15 Nov 2012 to 15 Feb 2013: The room refurbishment continues, and the lobby will be renovated. The breakfast will be served in a restaurant across the street by the hotel staff (the hotel will be renting the space), and they will be serving Continental breakfast instead of American for this period. No Twin rooms available for this period.
We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Due to a lack of further official information we cannot currently confirm if this will be applied by all hotels or if it may be included in room rates. Please check with Skoosh or the hotel for confirmation once your booking has been made.
