The Towers of Chevron rise to a height of 40 levels and is one of Surfers Paradise's landmark buildings. Surrounding the base are private lawns which feature a bbq area, outdoor swimming pool, meditation area and tropical gardens. Undercover security parking is also provided and shops and dining outlets are located at the entrance of the resort.

The lobby is functional with tour desk facilities and a reception that operates during limited hours (8 am to 8 pm daily). There is some seating available in the lobby area which is brightly lit and contemporary in style.
